IndiaBima is headed by a team of professionals experienced in insurance and travel sectors worldwide. Following are the key members of our team �

Yashish Dahiya

Yashish has varied experience across sectors like insurance, retail, software and travel. Before starting IndiaBima, he was most recently the CEO for First Europe, a Global insurance broker with operations in 11 countries. Prior to that he served as Managing Director for ebookers Plc, a travel business which employed 2000 people across 13 countries in Europe. Yashish has also worked as a Management Consultant at Bain and Co in their London office, in addition to Tata Interactive and ITW. In addition to his MBA from Insead, he completed his B-Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 1994, and his PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahemdabad, in 1996. Yashish has a very clear vision for where the insurance distribution and product offering is headed over the next decade, and sees IndiaBima as a vehicle to aid that transformation.

Avaneesh Nirjar

Avaneesh has more than 15 years of valuable experience in Operations and cross functional Management in Business Process Outsourcing / IT Enabled Services. His strengths are leadership skills and result oriented outputs. And with these strengths he has proved his capability of setting up and running a mid and large sized BPO from start till success. He has served as the head of Global operations at First Europa. He has worked with several companies, namely, A T&T India, GE, Global Vantage, Hero-ITES, Tecnovate eSolutions, Shalimar Paints and Optimum Solutions � Singapore. Academically he is a qualified MBA from BIT Ranchi. With us at IndiaBima, Avaneesh is the backbone of our team.

Alok Bansal

Alok has served as the Director � Finance at First Europa, responsible for managing the global finance team. He is skilled in various finance and strategy roles. He held a cross-functional role with Mahindra & Mahindra group�s corporate strategy team. He also worked at GE Capital and was part of the FMP program. In addition he is an MBA from IIM-Calcutta.
